We’ll be meeting at 9:30 AM at a Starbucks in Leesburg.  The address is 1011 Edwards Ferry Road which is in the Battlefield Shopping Center, just a few blocks from the Leesburg Outlet Malls. Best way to get there is Rt 7 West to the Rt 15 bypass, north towards Frederick.
