This D.C. area club is dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of all of the cars of the MG marque…The club holds local and regional events that run the gamut of car-related activities from hands-on tech sessions to casual driving and social events, and is open to any car enthusiasts who have an interest in MGs and other similar classic British sports cars. Saturday, December 7th is the day for all of the Middleburg festivities. The Middleburg Hunt Review takes to the streets at 11:00 am, creating a spectacular sight as approximately 150 horses, riders in hunting attire and dozens of hounds come through the town.
The Middleburg Christmas Parade begins at 2 p.m. as spectators line the sidewalks along Washington Street (Route 50) to watch as an assortment of floats, marchers, musical groups and vintage vehicles (hopefully many of them British) pass by the reviewing stand.
Our Club lineup assignment is at the Hill School (Landmark School Road Entrance) 130 Madison St, Middleburg, VA 20117. Enter The Hill School property from the South Madison / Landmark School Road Entrance and check in at the gate. Follow the driveway as directed and look for our Club lineup number 53. I strongly recommend getting to our Club lineup location at the Hill School not later than 11:30 am as entry into town will be much more congested after that. Besides less stress, arriving early will also ensure that you have time for lunch, take in the sights and decorate your vehicle for the parade.
