This D.C. area club is dedicated to the preservation and enjoyment of all of the cars of the MG marque…The club holds local and regional events that run the gamut of car-related activities from hands-on tech sessions to casual driving and social events, and is open to any car enthusiasts who have an interest in MGs and other similar classic British sports cars. Join your fellow vintage car enthusiasts at the Jefferson 500.
We will be meeting that Saturday morning and caravanning to Summit Point Raceway for Vintage Racer Groups Jefferson 500. Complete details will be in next months Spark.
The Jefferson 500 has grown into one of the largest and most respected vintage races in the northeast. In 2009, Bill Scott and the Vintage Racers Group partnered to bring the Jefferson 500 back to Summit Point™ Motorsports Park. This annual event brings over 200 cars a year to Summit Point, WV for three days of racing including a test day and a driver’s school.
